Obama Bombshell Redistribution of Wealth Audio Uncovered

Has Obama’s statements been misinterpreted by the producer of the video? Despite the fact that I do not endorse Obama, it appears as though his words are being manipulated  through this highly publicized video.

In  my interpretation, he is simply saying that change doesnt come from the courts, in and of themselves. The courts do not have the legal means to implement those recommended changes. THAT power remains with the representative legislative branches of government, as it should be, and such changes, whether honestly desired by the public in general or not, requires budgetary appropriations to be realistically implemented.

Remember, he is running for President, which is the Executive Branch, NOT the Legislative.
