The New Hampshire Liberty Alliance has just recently released its sixth annual Liberty Ratings Guide for 2009, which ranks state legislators on a scale of A+ to F on their current voting record of key pro-liberty bills.
Among Rochesters State Representatives, Warren Groen was among the 25 top-ranking members of the House with a Liberty Rating of A+. Rose-Marie Rogers, on the other hand, recieved the lowest Liberty Rating of F
